This 2-pack of diagnostic penlights is definitely worth the price, in my opinion. I like these penlights so much more than the ones they had us purchase for nursing school. The penlights are easy to turn on and off, you do it by pushing on the top of the pen, just like you would do if you were using a regular ink pen. I also like the fact that there are measurement markings on the side of the pens. No other penlight I have purchased has had those markings on the side before. I like the fact that, by getting two penlights, I could have one on me and one at my desk at all times, if I chose to.
You will need two AAA batteries for each penlight, but to save money on buying batteries every time they die, I plan on using rechargeables once the batteries that came in the package die on me. I would recommend these penlights to any person in the medical field who needs to do patient assessments and is looking for a nice quality penlight that isn't going to constantly click on with the slightest touch.
