I have been using this supplement for a couple of weeks now and have noticed some positive changes in the way my hair grows and the level of natural shedding I get when brushing or combing my hair. I am currently going through medical treatments that have been causing my hair to fall out and, even though I know this supplement isn't going to reverse or eliminate that process, it has at least slowed it down. Normally, my hair would have been shedding like crazy when I brush, but since taking this supplement I have been shedding much much less than before.
If you have a problem swallowing pills, this may not be an ideal product for you as the tablets are somewhat large, but it may be worth it to you to try to get over your issue with that, if possible.
