I have been taking this supplement for a couple of weeks now. I haven't really noticed a significant change in the frequency or severity of my migraine headaches, but it does say on the bottle that it could take 4-8 weeks for you to be able to notice the full benefits from taking the supplement. One bottle is a month long supply of the supplement (if you take it as they recommend on the label). If you were to take only one capsule a day, one bottle would last you two months.
One of the main things that I really like about this supplement is the fact that I am able to easily recognize all of the ingredients listed on the label and I feel that anyone who has taken supplements in the past would be able to recognize these ingredients as well. This supplement is also made in the USA, for those of you who are passionate about buying products that are made in the country. I plan on updating you once I have taken the supplement for at least four weeks to tell you what, if any, effect this supplement has had on me.
