I have been using the Sun Block'd sun protection supplement for the past couple of weeks. I am not 100% of how much it has actually helped me. I have been going to outdoor festivals each weekend since I started taking them, though, and haven't been burned or anything like that. I specifically chose not to wear sunscreen on those days in order to test out whether or not the product actually worked for me. As I haven't gotten burned it seems to be working just fine. (I will update my review after using the whole bottle.)
I feel that this product is much more convenient as a means of protecting yourself from sun damage than having to drag around a big bottle of sunscreen with you everywhere you go. Everyone wants to be outside during the summer, but no one wants to be lathered in lotiony sunscreen either. If I find that these capsules really do work for me, I am going to ditch my sunscreen bottle and use these instead. I received this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
