I have always heard good things about Biotin but never got the nerve to try it. I was excited to get the chance to try this product out for free. I like that there are 120 capsules in one bottle but a lot of other Biotin bottles I have seen in stores have only had between 30 and 60 capsules/tablets in them. I have taken the capsules for a couple of weeks now and have noticed that my hair and nails have seemed to grow quicker and my hair even seems to be thicker since taking the Biotin.
I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a way to help their hair and nails grow quicker and healthier. I haven't really noticed any changes in my skin, only with my hair and nails. My nails have been growing much faster than normal and this supplement definitely seems to be working great for me.
