I found it interesting that this sleep aid is made out of fruit extracts. I also like the fact that it is a certified vegan product. The box contains individual packages containing the amount of sleep aid that you need to get a restful nights' sleep. I have had issues falling asleep off and on for years now and I have found that with most sleep aids I end up getting extremely irritable after taking it for awhile. With Berry Sleepy, I never had that happen. I also really liked the fact that I woke up feeling extremely well rested and not still exhausted.
