This toilet paper moistener-dispenser basically turns your toilet paper into your very own version of baby wipes. I like that the solution is clear, doesn't have a strong scent to it and is organic-based. Everything I think you should look for in personal hygiene items. You can also easily hang it up on the wall in your restroom so that it's right there for when you need to put it to use, although you can also just sit it on the counter or on the back of the toilet or something and use it that way as well.
