These pH test strips make it easy for you to test the pH of your saliva or urine from the privacy of your own home. The entire process is extremely easy and it doesn't take very long at all. All you need to do is just stick the strip into your saliva or dip it into your urine and the color will change to indicate the pH level of your urine. There is an easy to understand key that you can read that will help you to know to level. This is great for someone who needs to know (or wants to know these things without having to go back and forth to the doctors' office between visits, especially if you are someone who frequently gets UTI's or other types of infections. Please note that in order to get the most accurate results, you will need to wait 2 hours after eating to check your saliva for it to be an accurate reading.
