I absolutely love this fruit infusion water bottle and I enjoy being able to add natural flavoring to my water by using fruits, so much more healthy than adding unnatural syrups or drink mixes into your water! I really like the results that I have seen since beginning to use this product! Tens Unit

This Tens unit really works well and helps me to deal with a lot of the back pain I have from a spinal disease I am currently dealing with. I like that it is so simple to operate. You can just apply the pads, turn it to the desired level of stimulation and then sit back and let the tens unit do its job. My doctor actually recommend that I get one of these for myself so I couldn't have gotten this one at a better time. If you aren't used to what these units feel like or if you have never used one of these before, make sure you start off at a low level so that it isn't too intense for you. Primed4u Bluetooth Headphones

These headphones work absolutely great for me. I love the quality of the sound and I love the fact that I don't have to be tethered to my phone in order to listen to music or listen to a business call while going about my normal everyday activities. I also use these a lot in the home office because it makes my job a lot easier. I have a 5 year old that is constantly around making noise and with the sound quality on these headphones I can easily hear past the noise she is making to hear whatever it is I am trying to listen to. They don't hurt my ears when I wear them for an extended period of time like some headphones do, which is another plus. I would highly recommend! Fruit Infuser Water Bottle

This fruit infuser water bottle is very nice for adding natural fruit flavoring to your water. I really like being able to have flavored water without extra chemicals added in and with infuser water bottles, I am able to do that. I like that this water bottle has a convenient silicone sleeve to add an extra grip to it, which is very helpful, especially when you have condensation on your water bottle. Although it isn't as big as I normally prefer my water bottles to be, I still feel that this water bottle gives you a good flavored water experience. It is very important that you always be prepared for any type of potentially threatening situation and this safety kit definitely allows you to be better prepared for if anything should happen. I have tried out other pouches in the past where I had to take the case off my phone in order for my phone to fit into the waist pouch. I'm glad that wasn't the case with this one! ChillWarmer Stainless Steel Water Bottle

I have to say that I really really really like this water bottle. Not only does it keep cold drinks cold but it also helps keep your hot drinks hot. I am able to bring coffee to work with me in the morning in this bottle and have it stay relatively hot for a decent amount of time. I do notice a bit of condensation on the  bottle with the cold drinks, especially if you use liquids that are extremely cold or you use a lot of ice cubes in your drink. I plan on ordering another one because I want to see if there are any inconsistencies as there seem to be (according to people's reviews). I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

Areta At-Home Pulse Oximeter

The Areta pulse oximeter is great in my opinion. I use it to keep track of my oxygen levels, as I have a breathing problem so it is nice to be able to monitor what my levels are from day to day. I am also able to write down the levels and let my doctor know of any changes that I notice, which is also very helpful. It comes with a lanyard so that if you needed to you could easily wear it around your neck. I imagine this would come in handy if you were a CNA, nurse or other caregiver. I have known people who have been caring for elderly patients and relatives and have had one of these around so that they can be monitoring. It is very convenient. DanceCrazy Massage Roller Stick

The DanceCrazy massage stick is great for relieving sore and aching muscles after a workout or even just for helping to wake up your muscles before you even begin your workout or stretching, which helps you be less vulnerable to getting an injury. I find that even when I don't plan on working out or stretching or anything, this massage stick really helps relax the muscles in my bad shoulder (injured playing sports in high school). I could be in serious pain and after using this massager, my shoulder will feel looser and won't be in quite as much pain as it was before the massage. Ozeri Digital Blood Pressure Cuff

The Ozeri digital blood pressure cuff is very good for taking your blood pressure when you're at home and need to keep track of your blood pressure readings. I am a person whose blood  pressure reading tends to be lower than normal so my doctor asked me to keep track of it for her and this cuff has been helpful for that. The cuff goes around your wrist and, when compared with the cuffs that go around your bicep area, this cuff is still pretty accurate. It inflates on its own and doesn't really take very long to do the whole reading process. It has a memory feature so that it keeps the last few readings stored in its memory for you. Note: It only stores the last few readings, so anything more than that, you will need to write down for your records. The cuff comes with a handy plastic case to keep it in when you're not using it, which I really like. I would definitely recommend this blood pressure cuff. These pH test strips make it easy for you to test the pH of your saliva or urine from the privacy of your own home. The entire process is extremely easy and it doesn't take very long at all. All you need to do is just stick the strip into your saliva or dip it into your urine and the color will change to indicate the pH level of your urine. There is an easy to understand key that you can read that will help you to know to level. This is great for someone who needs to know (or wants to know these things without having to go back and forth to the doctors' office between visits, especially if you are someone who frequently gets UTI's or other types of infections. Please note that in order to get the most accurate results, you will need to wait 2 hours after eating to check your saliva for it to be an accurate reading. FruitFuzer Water Bottle

I really like my water, especially when I get to infuse it with fruit to get that naturally fruity taste. I have never really enjoyed water when it is just plain and I also tend to drink it much faster when it has no flavoring added to it. Ever since I bought my first infusion water bottle, I have been very impressed with the ability to infuse water without having to cut up fruit and put it into a pitcher of water. Copperside Athletics Kinesio Tape

I recently injured my wrist and was happy to be able to get a chance to review this kinesio tape. I spoke with the physical therapist I am working with and she showed me how to use the tape to create a wrap/application that will properly support my wrist. I recommend that if you have an injury and that is what you are using this tape for, to speak to a medical provider or physical therapist so that you can also learn how to properly support yourself using the tape. I like the fact that this tape is waterproof and that makes it easier to wear for a longer period of time (therefore getting you more support). It has the right amount of thickness, right amount of strength in the tape and yet it is flexible enough to not make you feel stiff or like you don't have a good range of motion. I would definitely recommend this tape to anyone recovering from an injury or anyone looking for a bit of extra support for their muscles and joints. My physical therapist uses kinesiology tape all the time to help me support my shoulder. I was injured years ago and still have issues sometimes with my range of motion in that shoulder. Now I am able to use this tape to help support that shoulder without even needing to go to the physical therapist just to have her do it. This tape also works great to help your body recover faster and just plain increase your performance while using the tape. I especially like that this tape is latex free (I have a latex allergy) and hypoallergenic. I also like the fact that it comes in multiple colors so you have your choice of colors! If needed, you can even wear this tape while in the shower. I would recommend this tape to anyone. If you don't know how to use it and you see a physical therapist for treatment, ask them if they can show you a proper way to apply it so that you can get the proper support.

Lilibe Garcinia Cambogia

I really like the results I have seen since I started taking this Garcinia Cambogia supplement. The only thing that I really didn't like about this supplement is the fact that you have to remember to take it three times a day. I have a bad memory so it's hard for me to remember to take supplements once a day, let alone three times a day! I noticed more results when I took this supplement at the same time as making sure I ate a healthy and balanced diet. I cut out all of the soda and most of the junk food from my diet and replaced it with coconut water and fruits and veggies. I would definitely recommend that you do the same if you decide to take these Garcinia Cambogia tablets, so that you can get a good end result like I did. I like the fact that you get 90 capsules in a bottle so you should be good for a month!
