This Tens unit really works well and helps me to deal with a lot of the back pain I have from a spinal disease I am currently dealing with. I like that it is so simple to operate. You can just apply the pads, turn it to the desired level of stimulation and then sit back and let the tens unit do its job. My doctor actually recommend that I get one of these for myself so I couldn't have gotten this one at a better time. If you aren't used to what these units feel like or if you have never used one of these before, make sure you start off at a low level so that it isn't too intense for you.
